As suburban growth continues, contractors are continually installing new pipelines. When council takes possession of a newly installed pipe the question of it's condition if often overlooked. Even though the pipe may be new there are many factors such as quality of workmanship and damage from construction vehicles that can leave you with an asset that has a reduced lifespan.
