Pre-Inspection of new assets
As suburban growth continues, contractors are continually installing new pipelines. When council takes possession of a newly installed pipe the question of it's condition if often overlooked. Even though the pipe may be new there are many factors such as quality of workmanship and damage from construction vehicles that can leave you with an asset that has a reduced lifespan.

If assets are handed over in poor condition, potential problems can arise such as the need for early maintenance and hydraulic deficiency
The solution to this problem is to perform an initial CCTV inspection where the pipeline can be assessed and be measured against acceptance criteria.
